Today is my grandma’s heavenly birthday. She tragically took her own life when I was just a baby so I never really got to know her. But my mom always tells me that her and I are so similar. My grandma was a painter, a reggae singer in Pittsburgh’s first reggae band and an overall amazing person. It’s a shame I never got to know her. I was wondering if you could play Siouxsie and the Banshees’ cover of “Dear Prudence” ? This song is one that I feel like she would of liked and it always makes me feel more connected to her when I’m feeling low.
