In the midst of my reality turning upside down, I came to recognize grief as a deeply important teacher. It’s always there, cyclically birthing me into new forms, showing me I am safe in my body. \n\nI wrote “Come To God” as final process for a closing chapter. The writing, the mantra, denial and anger, —the dancing and hearing it reflected back through headphones, and eventually finding true acceptance with my knees in tidal water. Making this video was intentional ritual ceremony. Released beyond me on the blood worm moon, in hopes that it dances with others as they too learn from grief again and again.\n\nhttps://www.indigodesouza.com/\nhttps://indigodesouza.bandcamp.com/album/come-to-god","location":1,"location_name":"Default","play_type":"trackplay"}
