"comment": "\"Bird Machine\" was written by Mark Linkous in 2009, and was set to be his fifth studio album, following 2006's \"Dreamt for Light Years in the Belly of a Mountain\". Recorded with Steve Albini at his Static King music studio, work on the album came to a halt following the news of Linkous’ sudden death. Now, over 13 years since his passing, the musician’s brother Matt and sister-in-law Melissa revisited the album and released it posthumously in his memory. \"It's the hardest decision I've ever made\", said Matt on the decision to share the album. \"It's difficult making a choice about someone else's art, even if you've known them all your life and worked with them, even if they were your brother and best friend. We had long conversations about not wanting to take this into a different direction. We wanted to bring out what was there.\" https://sparklehorse.bandcamp.com/album/bird-machine",

"comment": "\"Something's Got To Give\" was part of the third Beastie Boys album, Check Your Head. They moved away from sampling at this point and made most of the tracks with live instruments. The basic track for the song was made during a jam session they recorded to tape. \n\nMonths later, they brought that tape to the studio, looped a section using a sampler, then added various other bits. They got some help from two additional musicians: James Bradley Jr. on drums and Mark Nishita on keyboards.",
