(“You Get What You Give” was Sally’s all-time\nfavorite song which she first heard in a Toyota commercial in 2004.)\n\nThe (Friday) morning before Sally died she kept asking me if you were\ngoing to play her song.  I fumbled trying to find the KEXP request\nnumbers.  I couldn’t find them so I played the copy I had. After it was\nover Sally asked me to turn the music off.  She summoned her final\nenergy to have a loving ten minute talk with me. That was it.  Sally\ndied the next afternoon on a sunny day in Tucson.\n\nThe joy you brought Sally by playing “her” Friday song following yours\nwill always be remembered.
