    "comment": "Romeo Void was fronted by COWLITZ Native Debora Iyall, who wrote the lyrics. She formed the band when she was a student at the San Francisco Art Institute along with four guys, including bass player Frank Zincavage, whom the song is about. \n\nIyall didn't tell Zincavage the song was about him until 2000, when he was about to have major surgery. Knowing he might not make it out alive, Iyall decided to let him in on the secret. His reaction: \"He was surprised, but not totally surprised,\" Iyall said.\n\nThe music video, directed by Richard Casey, is inspired by the 1960 French film Breathless by Jean-Luc Godard, with Romeo Void acting out their own film noir.
