    "comment": "For Tod in New Hampshire: \"Larry,\n\nI don't even know where to start.  Where do I end and where does KEXP start or visa versa?  I have listened to KCMU/EXP more than half of my life, in fact I was two months old when KCMU went on the air.  My amplifier card says I have been donating since 1998, and I try to donate every drive in addition to my amplifier gifts.  I am the biggest ambassador for the station.  I remember trekking in Nepal in 2001 when the station first started streaming, and I would tell people along the trail about it.  The majority of my wardrobe is supplied by you all.  Hoodies, hats and T's.  It is so great to be noticed and called out in remote corners of our beautiful all-be-it disturbed country.  You are the beacon of hope that keeps me going.  You are the only music allowed over the speakers in my custom furniture workshop.  Sometimes to the chagrin of my employees, although they know they are better for the infusion.  My furniture is powered by KEXP, and I know it can be felt.  I simply can't be creative without a soundtrack... my brain literally can't function in quiet.  The connection that I have to the music and the musicians.  The historical context that you supply in your OG sessions.
