    "comment": "\"Step On\" is actually a cover version - of an old single by South African musician John Kongos, originally titled \"He’s Gonna Step On You Again.\" Kongos wrote this as a protest song against apartheid in South Africa. Producers Paul Oakenfold and Steve Osborne employed a unique \"rhythm upwards\" technique, building songs in the studio from the drum and bass parts and adding other instruments and vocals later. This was a common method in dance music but new for a rock band.",
